Yes! Please Contact us by email to discuss the delivery details. We ship worldwide, unless there is a postal restriction to a destination.

How soon will my product ship?
All Items are shipped within 72 hours for USA orders. Usually, you can receive your them within 5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. For other countries, it depends on the distination address. You are welcome to discuss with us by email about the delivery detail

Where were the products produced?
We guarantee that all of our products are produced in Japan. If necessary, we can provide certificate for your reference.

If I find that your products are out of expiry, what can I do?
Please contact us by email asap. If it is true, we will refund all the money to you, including the extra shipping fee if any. In fact, all of our products have to pass the quality checking before delivery to you. So the opportunity of this kind of accidents is near to null, don't worry.

You can get 10% off for the second product.

Do I need to pay extra shipping fee?
It is zero shipping fee for the shipping to USA. You just need to pay the product price. For other countries, the extra shipping fee depends on your destination address and the way of delivery, please contact us by email to discuss the delivery details

Can I get the refund if I was not satisfied with the product after delivery?
We guarantee that if our products have the following problems (broken during the delivery process, fake good, not the exact product ordered, out of expiry) when the product are posted to your hand, we will provide the FULL refund including the extra shipping fee if any.
